Here ya go. What you did is you posted the whole url in there. Just post the identifier code - these days it's 11 characters after the v= in the full string of code. Actually, if you've a mind to, you can go back and fix it. You have three hours after the initial post to edit it.

Nice going, there. You two back each other and trade off nicely. Leo is so serious, or maybe he's just concentrating. But he doesn't look at his hand even once. That shows he knows what he's doing. As do you, too. Clearly you've both put in some time. It shows.
But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. - Dennis Miller

Outdoor rustic version, lots of rough edges but that’s what it was like.

Simon: Very lovely tune, especially with the sound of the babbling brook in the background. It is very soothing. Thanks for sharing.

Another heads-up for the SAW Group and its members. Here is my version of a James Scott Skinner tune written as one of a series he composed for various Scottish Regiments. This one is dedicated to The Lovat Scouts, a regiment in which I had an uncle serve during World War 1. Formed by Simon, Lord Lovat, during the Boer War the soldiers were recruited largely from the ranks of highland gamekeepers and deerstalkers who worked on the big highland sporting estates. All were expert shots and skilled in moving safely over open ground.

A wee set just for St Patrick's day. Not the usual jigs or reels but a slower medley. Molly Malone, Vale of Avoca and Mountains of Mourne. Mandolin with octave support.

I really like the effect you have created there with the overlaid video clips, Jo. A very fitting background to the music. Great sound from that oud and the lower notes create such an effect when you bend them and add the other embellishments,

"Corrente" from the Violin Sonata #4 in Dm by J.S. Bach, played here on my Macica F5. Its holding up fairly well for a 300 year old fiddle tune.

This is a tune I have just recently composed, inspired by the peace and beauty of Jubilee Point on Loch Eck near my home. It is a place dear to my heart and I visit it regularly. Visited it on a quiet Monday morning (23rd March) and had the place to myself. The idea for the tune came to me while taking the photos.
Played on mandolin, octave and guitar.

An instrumental piece inspired at least in part by Siger with their lovely work on octave mandolin and accordion (though not in the same style or anywhere near as accomplished as them). Recorded it first using pick but decided I prefer this one finger style.

A very evocative piece and I like your finger-picking technique on this one. The suspended ending works well too.

Thanks John. I’m fairly happy with this except that I changed to a different microphone and got some clipping.
