Well they sent it from 2 hours away all the way back to memphis. Now I have no idea when it will be here and they keep giving me the run around.

Well, the mando has been stuck in a loop going back and forth between Charlotte and Memphis today. Due to problems and lableing screw ups on fedex end. Called the Vice President of the company and he finally got it held in Charlotte this afternoon. They are supposed to have a private courier drive it up here tomorrow. They also said they would refund our shipping costs (after we requested it). They've been making promises all week, maybe they'll keep this one. I think next time I'll just use UPS. Will keep everyone informed if it arrives tomorrow, if not will post another installment of the never-ending drama that my life has become.
Thanks!

Well believe it or not it finally made it to me. I was really worried as I opened the crate but when I got it out there wasen't a scrach on it. I have been playing it ever since and I could not be happier! The fit and finish are great. and the sound is more than I would have expected in a new mando. It is really loud with a nice dry chop and the intonation is perfect. I can't wait to see how it sounds in a year! Thanks for all the kind words everyone and for letting me rant a little. I think I will go play now!
Thanks!

Congrats Wolfsong. I have been following this thread detailing your ups and downs, and I really hope it was worth the wait. From the sounds of it, you got a good one. Happy playing!
