    hi,
heard the song which i think is called "nowhere to run"
and though i can't exactly remember the stanza tune or lyrics, the chorus keeps rolling through my head. looked at the few allman cd/albums i have and can't find it.

does anyone know where i can find this song (free download or album title),chords, lyrics- one of those "i need to play this tune" situations.
    thanks mandorockers,
    ira

    ira -

    It's on the "Where It All Begins" CD BUT . . . . .
I think the actual name is 'No One To Run With'.

    Hope this helps.

That tune makes me smile every time, I think Soulshine (and that might be another mistitlementation) is on that recording, there's another great song.

Don't Want You No More/It's Not My Cross To Bear. #The blues don't get any bluesier than this, IMO the best blues guitar (and vocal) ever to be recorded. On top of my "top 10 of all time" list. Sorry about the lack of mando content . . .

above is a link for nowhere to run. pretty cool on this chordie site, you can change to mandolin from guitar and they show you the chords/fingering for mando (they also do uke and others)

ps- also lets you transpose to other keys-and immediately changes the chords
