I guess that Michael Reichenbach´s website https://mandoisland.de/ may be a treasure trove for you. Then there is this: https://zupfmusiker.de/idj2023/medien/ There is also the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln, where Caterina Lichtenberg teaches classical mandolin.
