Default 1991 Flatiron Performer A price

Any thoughts on what a Flatiron Performer A is worth...really fine condition...only cosmetic marks and some finish checking...thanks.
    Thanks for your support?

I'd give a general range of $1,200 to $1,700. Had a Performer A that had wear and tear on it and paid just a touch less than that.

Of course, I have seen a number of Flatiron instruments go for higher prices recently, so could be totally wrong here.

I'd think a bit on either side of $1500. Olde Town Pickin Parlor had a couple last year for around that that sat for a while. Not seeing a lot of those available just now, or recently sold.

I just paid $1800 for my 91 Signature A5, (the step up from the performer) which I think was a decent, though not exceptional, deal. I've seen a couple of the same model go in the $2200-2400 (asking prices anyway) range in the last couple of weeks. Those are about the closest comps I've seen recently.

I have been kind of watching the market for a bit.
If I was selling, I'd be inclined to list it around $1600, and see what happens.

If you're buying, there's a 99 Nashville made one on Facebook in Connecticut for $850... what seems a really good deal, even with a couple of repaired cracks (though they probably don't want to ship).

Gryphon Guitars has an A model on Ebay, starting bid $725.00. I'm a fan of Flatirons and currently own an F-5 Artist. It would be best if you could play one before buying, that's not possible with Ebay unless you visit the store listing it.
