Can some kind soul help a mandolin player in Sweden decipher this ad?

1. Does this mean 12 midnight Pacific Time?
2. Is this free or do I have to be signed up for Marshall's course? (I'm signed up for Sierra's)
3. It seems like I can watch it live or later. Is that true?

12 p.m. is noon Pacific time, so you'd adjust forward the difference to watch live, but it will be archived. There is no single requirement to watch.
