    Default Art proj ideas wanted

My friend gave me his dad’s ancient junky mando. I would like to make an art proj out of it (looks only— it’s unplayable). I would love to see or hear ideas.

Fantasy: OP posts a 24 Loar F-5 or better a Schmergel Devastator.

Here’s a TV program with a similar theme.
    https://www.theguardian.com/media/20...casso-backlash

They buy artwork that was created by some of the great historical bad guys and then they ask the audience to give reasons why the artwork should or should not be destroyed in front of them on the set.
Some interesting debates for sure, and after Covid19 it’s anything for a good old laugh, but there seems to be a lack of empathy for the artwork (or mandolin?) itself.

    …back to the tunes.

Given that anything found in an art gallery seems to be called art, even the radiators, and that few in the public have any idea what a mandolin is, the easy project is simply to leave one in a gallery.

Even fewer know what "art" is...
