Old man, new member. Old picker, new to mandolin. In May i bought a The Loar 310F mandolin. Played pretty well after i set it up. Two weeks ago, the neck started separating. Store gave me a refund. I upgraded, or at least i think i did, to a Kentucky KM 276. Anyone have any thoughts on it? Have a good day. joe

Welcome, Joe! Always good to have another player onboard. I believe Kentucky KM 276s are pretty nice instruments. Others here will chime in. I just wanted to give you a quick welcome.

Welcome, Joe. I have an Eastman, but have heard a lot of good things about Kentucky. Enjoy!

Greetings and welcome Joe! The Kentucky is a solid instrument, "The Loar" line of product is not what it once was. As an old picker you know the importance of a setup, your Kentucky should serve you well.

Welcome to the cafe, Joe. I like the Kentucky line in general, hope you get a lot of mileage out of your starter.
