Default Players in Rhode Island/Nearby Massachusetts?

Hi! I’m new to the mandolin. I also play ukulele. I have found that playing and learning along with others is so much more fun and enriching. Let me know if you are interested in jamming together.

It might help to know where in RI you are. It's a big state with a few regions, so it would be good to focus efforts re: convening. I'm from the southern shores, though I live in the Florida Keys now. But I'm up in the area until early next month, so this would be a good time, if we can russle up a few folks.

Also, there used to be a mandolin orchestra in Providence. If they're still active, contact them. I'll bet members will be tied into the local musicians' community.
But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. - Dennis Miller

The PMO is still active in Providence and you can contact PMO/Cafe member "margora" Robert Margo who is quite active as well. Good luck, have fun and say hello for me.

JennyD: you might want to mention what genre(s) off music you are interested in playing.
