Default New Year's resolution: talk less, practice more

We know what we need to do: metronome, study, exercise, learn, write, improvise, play.

    To work!

Get my mando set up and actually learn to play it. Its going in for a set up on Thursday all being well. I've discovered the nut is way higher than the zero fret. Its throwing the intonation out.

When you have the intonation corrected, the clouds will part and the sun will shine on your motivation to play. Bad intonation is such a downer.

Play with other people. Practice to play better with other people…rinse and repeat.

It has gone in, to pick up sometime next week. Can't wait.
Might take my classical guitar in too, its bridge is lifting and the fret edges are a bit sharp
