Interesting. You'll have to post some sound clips when you get it.
Michael Stevens is a fantastic builder. He is also a great teacher, I followed him around luthierie school like a lost puppy. You will love it, I am sure!
Sweet! I dig the floating trem
2020 Northfield Big Mon

2019 Pono Flattop Octave
Richard Beard Celtic Flattop
And a few electrics
I’ve had it for 10 days now. Just gets better and better. I’ll try to create a sound clip, although I’m not really set up for it and generally don’t like cell phone “fidelity.” I can say it sounds great through an amp and has received the Paul Glasse seal of approval.
I love that jaunty look with the slanted pickups. Cool! I have an app called Dolby On that improves cell phone fidelity. I use it a lot for recording.

Here's a short loop of my Stevens...played through a Satellite amplifier, no effects. My first time looping...but I think Im going to like it. p.s. you can't really hear how great the low end is on this clip...I'll try to do another recording.

What was the wait time on that order? I'm not sure how much longer I can contain the itch...
