Thread: Sold instruments in classifieds..

  1. #1

    Default Sold instruments in classifieds..

Is there any way to know if instruments are sold in the classifieds?
Some sellers post a "sold" addendum to the post but others don't.

I'm specifically wondering about the Weber Gallatin Octave Mando that went on last week and has disappeared today.

Would I assume it was sold?

    Thanks,
    Dave

I feel like that would be a safe assumption. Either that, or the owner had second thoughts.

That ad was placed July 8 and had two serious inquiries within a few days so it likely sold. But as others observed, no telling. Always possible the seller decided to withdraw the ad for some reason.

Some items have sold pretty quickly lately as they were offered a real good prices. I can think of Gioruard and a Pomeroy that didn't last more than a day or two.
