    Looks handsome. Plenty on this site about these. Signature likely William Place. I’d want to be sure the bridge didn’t have to grow because the top sank. That, or neck fussing could put the price back up to ostensible normal retail. I’m slightly suspicious that the strings are off. Others here will doubtless analyze for details of interest to collectors.
