Default Trusted Mandolin Luthiers in Minnesota

    Hey fellow Mandolinists!

Just curious if anyone out there knows of a trusted and highly experienced luthier that works especially on mandolins in the Minneapolis/St Paul area of Minnesota.

I have one guy that I go to sometimes, but I would like to know if there's anyone else I could call who would help me get the most playability out of my instrument.

    Thanks for the help!
    -David

I would contact Steve Rossow, I'm not sure if he's doing repairs these days but worth contacting. He knows his stuff. He has a website under his name I believe.

A recent thread regarding same. I also don't think Rossow is doing repairs or building mandolins anymore. He is teaching luthiery at the school in RedWing. I have one of his builds.....a great guy.

I build and repair mandolins. I'm in Farmington if you ever need someone else.

Is Hans Brentrup still doing work? He built some wonderful mandolins.

Just seeing this thread. I could setup your mandolin if you have not found someone to do so already. You can find my contact at scottliebers.com
