    ..did it get repaired and what is its serial number...pretty amzing if you ask me # #http://www.vintagemandolin.com/loar/index.shtml # #just tryin to take some of the heat away from the BRW thread a little .....I just wonder what became of this Loar and if any one has seen or played it...

    There was a thread on this a long time ago. One of the "Loar" guys here said it was repaired and is just fine. Where? I do not know.

    It is repaired and being played semi-professionally in Richmond, VA.
