Ah, yes, Mass Street Music, purveyors of marvelous mirth-inducing merchandise in the heartland, right there in Lawrence KS. One wonders whether they supplied some of the wherewithal to the merry miscreants involved in the original incident of Late Night Trashy Mandolin Music, lo, so many years ago. I believe they are not that old, but perhaps an antecedent establishment was in operation back then.

It is heartwarming to see they continue providing the community with the means to continue musical merriment, albeit with presumably more socially acceptable hours and manners in play.

Yes, Mass Street Music is one of the premier shops in the country. They hosted two Mandolin fests, 04 and 05. I live about 40 minutes from Lawrence and I was able to attend both. Memorable weekends of Mandolin related activities. Great times.
