Anybody know this tune?

I came across it on an old compilation cassette while out for walkies. I should know what it is and who did it but it is escaping me. I tried using the google music search after struggling to get the cassette recorded to mp3. Finally recorded it manually onto my Zoom............Unknown tune 1.mp3.
