Can someone help with approximate age when these where made and who made them. See that there’s two plates inside, but princess is above the other. So have no clue what that is. It also have a paint job done on the head(or what it’s called, sry I’m Norwegian) most likely bought in Brooklyn long time ago. At least grandfather in law brought it back with him. If I find a way to post pictures I’ll ad some.

It is probably an Oscar Schmidt Stella made in New Jersey and about 100 years old. Show us a photo of the tuners- we can see them a little but more would be useful. It has a "crown" headstock and I think the obscured label may show enough to confirm it is a Stella label. Look at this :

Here is a fairly old discussion about the removal of a label. Mike Edgerton's suggestion- the seventh comment about using a small piece of towel appears to be a simple and sensible method. He may comment on this here but I suppose it is worth mentioning- approach the label removal- if you wish to do it, with extreme care and caution!
Those tuners do suggest 1920s or a few years earlier but Oscar Schmidt mandolins from much earlier in the century had brass plates before moving to the style as seen on your mandolin a few years later.
