Tone-Gard?
I just picked up a Tone-Gard for my mandolin. So far, I’m tickled with the beneficial result.
Here is my question: Has anyone tried the Dreadnaught Guitar and Banjo Tone-Gard? If so, what are your thoughts?

Re: Tone-Gard?
I'm a die-hard fan of the Mandolin tone-gard, but the dreadnaught/guitar and banjo ones don't create a nearly as significant an improvement (if any) in my opinion. I used to work for a major bluegrass instrument dealer and can confirm that opinion was shared by other staff.

Re: Tone-Gard?
Yes, I bought the dreadnaught gard for my Martin HD-28. It fits well and I can leave it on in the case. The only drawback is my guitar won't fit in my folding Cooperstand with the gard on.
Back when Tony was still building custom gards I got one for my mandola and my octave mandolin. The same thing it does for a mandolin, it does for any stringed instrument that you play against your body.
