Default The Sound of The American Mandolin

This popped up on my YouTube feed today so I thought I'd share it. I'm sure it has probably been posted here in the past. It looks like it was produced some time in the 80's or 90's. Obviously low production value, but it was very enjoyable. Lots of good mandolin history and Tony Williamson's playing was very impressive. It is an hour long, but if you haven't seen it before, give it a watch. Or even set it aside and just listen.

    Enjoy

I watched this a couple weeks ago. It took me a few days to get through it, but it was enjoyable and I learned a few things.

I was mesmerized the whole way through. Tony Williamson’s deep knowledge and wonderful playing were delightful to behold. Thank you so much for posting this treasure!!

I had to learn more about Tony, so I clicked around a bit and found this lovely profile: https://www.chathamartscouncil.org/m...-purpose-farm/
