Default Martin Style B in classifieds

This looks like a nice Style B at a good price. I’m just posting this to try to talk myself out of buying it. NFI. I’m not in a position to buy, but I think it could make the right buyer quite happy. Looks pretty clean and it has a nice case. Please someone buy this so I can get it off of my mind!

Hey, I emailed the seller HOURS ago and said I definitely would buy if the sound is as expected. The ad says there's a video; haven't heard back yet. Mine! Mine!

The same seller has a Lyon & Healy style C right above the Martin. It has the original pick guard, tailpiece, and case. The price on it is about 1/2 to 1/3 of what they've been going for. It would be a crazy good deal, if it is in good shape.

I hope it works out for you! If I had the funds available I would have jumped on it. It seems like a really good deal!

Even with some possible issues that looks like a good deal too!

I asked the seller a few questions as soon as those came out. Yesterday. I just got a response this morning.
    Congrats to the new owner.

Memphis Belle: I hope it was you. I brought it to your attention in the other thread where you described what you are looking for in a mandolin.

Someone got a nice deal. I've owned one of these. Superlative mandolins. Spruce top, rosewood back, great neck profile. Martin sound.

    Deeelightful.
