They are on a no-name F5 I'm considering. It sounds quite good but would love to know a bit more about the hardware. Anyone know the make of these tuning machines? I appreciate any info you can share. Thx. Click image for larger version.

I have a set just like them with black buttons that came off a no name Korean H5 style mandola. All Parts has sold them in the past. I'm assuming they are Korean but have never been able to tie down the manufacturer. They have this sort of Schaller clone look to the plates. If you pull a button there is a chrome tube over the button shaft to make it look heftier than it is.

AllParts has them in chrome and gold.

Did you get that F5 on Reverb?

Thanks Mike. I appreciate. I did not purchase it yet. Under consideration. It's from a retail location I drove by recently, not Reverb. No history on it... nothing. Here's the full instrument. Click image for larger version.

I have a set of these in gold. I cannot remember what they came off but on the back it has "Made in Korea" and "Jin Ho" Click image for larger version.
