Default Sigma M4 Looking for opinion & data

Hello, I am looking at a Sigma M4 ad, so can't see it in person.

What is your opinion of this Mandolin?

Is it solid wood or laminated?

    Value, if possible.

Here are the M-4 specs as shown in this Reverb ad:

    Specifications:
    Bound laminated Mahogany top.
Bound laminated Mahogny back and sides.
    Unbound pickguard.
    Unbound headstock.
    Mahogany neck.
Bound Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlay.
Tuners with white square plastic buttons.
    Nickel plated hardware.
    Sunburst finish.

The ad's from a Danish seller, so not sure what weight to put on the info; the top looks more like spruce to me, but the back's pretty clearly mahogany. I think that the solid-top Sigma mandolins had an "s" suffix after the model number, e.g. this M-6S mandolin, and F-model which is being offered for $390 with hardshell case.

You may well be looking at the same Reverb ad I accessed, so let me say IMHO the asking price is too-high for a mandolin that may be all laminated, and in any case is heat-pressed rather than carved. Don't know what your access to carved-top, all-solid-wood "American style" mandolins is in Denmark, but I'd keep looking were I in your position.

    Other opinions welcome.

Thank you. Yes I saw that ad but wanted a second opinion maybe from someone who bought one new or knows for certain what it is.

The one I'm looking at is only 150$
