    Default New Eastwood Series

Anyone else seen this new Eastwood MRG Series?

Mandolin, mandola, mandocello, tenor, ukulele, guitar, and more, all with F5 styling. Iím not endorsing, but certainly interesting.

Who puts a strap button on top of the scroll? Not my favorite look!

    Prices are pretty cheap.

Yeah, that strap button placement makes me nervous. Itís along the lines of pulling out a capo for your mando. Stylistic nonconformity aside, it must change the balance of the instrument ó- for better or worse.

The scale lengths on both the mando and the dola are both an inch longer than usual.

Doesn't seem to effect the balance on the tenor guitar. Got one Monday. I'll have a review in tenor guitar forum forthcoming.
