    Sounds like either subvocalizing from one of the players on screen or an audience member with indigestion. I assume you are talking about that moaning on the soundtrack?

    Sounds like someone is groaning or snoring.
    Years ago I was at a concert at a church, featuring a stringband and one member of the audience decided to Whistle along with every tune they played. Despite getting the stink eye from the band and audience members he carried on until the break.

    -yes, but I really like the tune, and especially that style of mandolin playing.
    Maybe it was some sort of theatrical allusion to the name of the band?
