I’m sure we would all be happy to help but, we will need a handful of pictures when you can.

As Tim said above: more photos would help. Full ones of front and back, some details. If you can bet a full label photo. I never understand why names are sometimes blotted out on some of these old labels. I have a few samples of Napoli makers V. D_____ but nothing close and no labels from those makers. The style is similar to Vinaccia mandolins but there were many makers who copied that style.
The most we can say is that it is Italian made from Napoli (Naples), probably around the turn of the last century to around the 1920s, probably not a high end model and looks like it might be in decent condition (needs a little cleaning). It is not worth a lot of money. If in good structural condition and not needing any repairs, at most a few hundred dollars.

Luigi Dorigo?
Hi Victor...
Attached is a Luigi D label I have in my files. FWIW, I have a few examples from him all with the same style of label.

Luigi? The OP's label shows (clearly, I think) a first initial of "V".

I tried (in vain) to return to regularly writing in cursive a few years ago, just for the fun of it. It didn't go well.
I guess it's kind of like tremolo. Got to keep practicing it everyday or it can get ugly quick.

Since we've sort of hi-jacked this thread, I might as well post a Luigi Dorigo example for posteriority.
This is a nice looking DeMegli-esque bowl, as Jim as noted...but with a Vinaccian / ur Vega headstock.
