Default Mi sobrino, Pablo, on lute

Here's my nephew, Pablo, here in Austin performing a piece on the lute that was recorded for a seniors' center up Canada way.

Even though this is hosted at a GDrive location, the video doesn't load so well on Chrome.
I had to go through another service.

Would have enjoyed sharing this while another 'Pablo', Paul Hostetter, he was still with us.

Bro' Eug, I sent il mio nipote Pablo your link on strings thinking he would wonk out on it. Sure enough he sent back a big thanks which I'm passing along.

Apparently they are digging into that subject matter at school. His main study is string bass, though my attempts so far to link him up with Victor the K have come to naught.

He's staying in Austin and doing all his music studies remote this fall. I kind of wish we made the same decision instead of coming back North so I could teach classes online....

I imagine the same complex negotiations are going on down at OSU.

Times is weird. I'll drop an off-mandolin-topic e-mail.
