    Default Gibson Warranty question

Does anyone know if Gibson's original owner warranty will replace tuners on a mandolin?
My 2006 F5 Goldrush (purchased new), one of the tuners gear is bad ... like out of commission) (G) string

Hi Mike. They might see it as an item that would wear out like the tires and brakes on your car but let me give you this piece of advice. Don't call Gibson customer service. Contact Dave Harvey direct and explain the problem. You might be surprised. You can send him a PM here. His Cafe username is dhmando. A better idea might be to find him on Facebook and contact him there. In the past a member suggested that as a better option. He's on Facebook as David Harvey.
