    Hmm...slotted headstock suggests European manufacture. The white veneer could be plastic (celluloid?); quite a few US-made instruments got "mother of toilet seat" Pearloid fingerboard and headstock overlays.

    Beyond that, I'll defer to the more expert responders.

    Zero fret - definitely European. Not sure how original the white plasic and scratchplate are though.

    Reminds a Czech-made Cremona to me. Possibly customized by someone creative.
