    NICE!

Several years ago in Maine, I picked up a lovely CD of lighthouse-inspired tunes on a variety of folk instruments, of course including mandolin! It's by John Mock, who apparently has done a series of such nautical-themed CDs. I'm suspecting that you at least have the same inspiration as Mr. Mock, or are maybe inspired BY Mr. Mock, or (...wait for it!...) might even -BE- Mr. Mock??

    Really enjoyed that!
I’ve recently returned to the mandolin, since the pandemic hit, having been away long enough to have forgotten the little bit that I knew.
I’ve been concentrating on Trad tunes and started saving up for a better mandolin, considering a Red Valley or Northfield Calhoun. I hope you post more tunes as I’d appreciate hearing as many samples as possible. Your playing was lovely and I am grateful for the tab!

Hey thanks Ed. I can't say I know Mr. Mock but the inspiration came from listening to Tony McManus' rendition of the song.
