    Your playing brought to mind (for me) a sitar-like sound, I was expecting you to play Within You And Without You. I always think of the ebow as a gimmick that I just wouldn't want to invest a great deal of time in, but its "to each his own." Glad you enjoy it, this is the first time Ive heard one on a mandolin.

    I listened to Phil Keaggy play the ebow back in 2007 when this video was posted, and enjoyed the many sounds he got from it. When he goes into Amazing Grace a couple minutes in, he sounds a good deal like he's playing bagpipes.
