    Default Kimble F5

In keeping with my new strategy of getting rid of a few instruments with the goal of getting one much better one (I have WAY too many instruments), I recently got this:

This one has the 'Monteleone style burst' which I really like.

Wonderful deep, rich tone and plays beautifully. Well worth going a couple down to end up with this one.

Thats a nice one! Kimbles sound great although just another of the many great builders I haven't been lucky to try.

Enjoy, I became a Kimble F5 owner last summer and have been playing it a lot. It sounded great when I got it and sounds even better after being played regularly for the last six months. Look forward to your thoughts on tone, volume and responsiveness.

This is great. A Kimble is one of my eventual must-haves. I played three of them at IBMA years ago and have never forgotten the tone and feel. Will was there too and what a cool guy!
