    Dated 1900, serial number 9451.

    Ntone: Where are you located? That would help locate a case. These are not too easy to find.

    As far as I know, this may be the only new case for bowlback mandolins available in US: Viking bowlback case.

    Eastman cases used to be available in this country but no longer. And there was a dealer on eBay who imported excellent and inexpensive foam cases for bowlbacks but they don’t seem to be around either. Elderly carries a chipboard case that is all right. Otherwise look for a used case. Good luck.
