If you're on Facebook follow and send Dave Harvey a message.

I might send it with a normal font size.

Thanks for the Info! I haven't been in touch with anyone there since Charlie was there.
Sorry for the Font. I didn't intend for it to be that large at all. My bad

Yes. If I was going to contact anyone there it would be Dave. When I was at Bibey Mandolin Camp in SC, I met a guy named Derek Zelenka. I think that's how the name was spelled? He looked over my Dave Harvey for me, before I bought it. He was doing setups at the camp. I think Derek had once worked for George Gruhn? Both he and Alan Bibey told me that. Anyway, Derek told me that he thought Dave Harvey was doing it all as far as Mandolins were concerned at Gibson in Nashville. Not exactly positive how he knew that? But that is what he told me. I love that mandolin though. So does everyone that plays it.
This was only one guy's opinion. However, when I called the Mandolin Store (Still out west then) I talked to a guy about the Dave Harvey Custom Shop build I was looking at. Cannot recall the man's name. Anyway. He said he thought Dave Harvey would one day be considered a modern day Lloyd Loar. Again, just something I heard.
