    Default Chords for "When Summer Ends"

    Hi guys (and girls). Haven't been to this cool place in a while. There is a pretty little waltz by Phil Cunningham called "When Summer Ends." It was a theme in the Ken Burns documentary "Lewis and Clark." Does anybody have the chords to that thing?

    Hope everybody is doing well during these strange days.

    The original song is on Silly Wizard's "A Glint of Silver" album. They do it in D I believe, but I transposed it to G for mandolin. In G, the first note of the melody is D (5th fret on A) so that first chord is actually a Gsus4. The chords are basic key of G otherwise - D, C and G. Easy to pick out the melody from these chord shapes in first position.
