Unhappy Peacham Acoustic Music Festival (PAMFEST) cancelled for 2020

I found out last week that the Peacham Acoustic Music Festival in Peacham VT, scheduled for mid-August, has been cancelled. While I thought this decision was a little premature, I understand the concern due to COVID-19, and the preparations that must be made well in advance for a festival like this.

However, I am bummed out because I was looking forward to spending some time with Carl Jones/Erynn Marshall, and Brad Klodner.

I we will just have to wait til next year.

Most everything around here in Maryland is cancelled at least thru July. I saw that now, Common Ground, where Tim O'Brien's band was performing has now been cancelled. Wife and I were looking forward to that. I'll be interested to see if they pull off the postponed (From March) Charleston SC Bluegrass Festival in mid to late August.

In many instances the venues have closed, so there is really no choice.
There's nothing better than first-hand experience.
