Agreed -- and the version of "Somewhere Far Away" is great! I've loved it since I heard it on The Salty Suites album (featuring mandolinist Scott Gates, for those are unfamiliar). Been rocking this album during work today.

Thanks Drew, I'm so glad you're enjoying the music! I didn't know about the Salty Suites cut of "Somewhere Far Away". I'll have to check that out! Have you heard Brad Folk's version? Nick Woods, (co-writer with Brad Folk) has a version too. Nick's is in 4/4 time and has kind of a '50s rock groove to it.

I haven’t! It was a difficult song to nail down on google — seems like a lot of people have a similarly titled song. I’ll check it out. Thanks for chiming in, and great album!

Here's the Brad Folk version: https://www.amazon.com/Somewhere-Awa.../dp/B00JYTL1ZQ

Here's Nick Woods' website, but I don't see the song on there. I know he has a recording of it somewhere though. https://nick-woods.bandcamp.com/music
