    Default Bucky Pizzarelli

Just read that he has succumbed to coronavirus. A hero of mine for a long time. So sad.

That's awful news. He played a couple of times -- and stole the show -- at the Mt Hood Festival of Jazz

Rest in peace. Spent a fair amount of time listening to some of his music over the years. A real legend.

Sorry to read of Bucky's passing, a true Jersey boy from Silk City. Saw him one time with his son John at a NYC club. Very approachable and gentle man. R.I.P.

A master of chord work. This one really stings.

I was fortunate enough to see Bucky accompanying Stephane Grappelli at Jordan Hall in Boston... some time in the 90s I think... Stephane was in a wheelchair, he played some piano and even brought out a children's choir (!) ... the masters at work
