Yes. I like it, although I usually prefer guitar based songs. Most think it was done some time ago, rather than being a 2020 song.

There are several articles on the song. Here's one:

Interesting lyrics. Supposedly recorded 8 years ago and never released. Oh yeah, it's a 17 minute song......
Weird deadpan delivery with inflection on seemingly the wrong words, IMHO......but, I guess that is typical Dylan....
Odd to write a song about the Kennedy assassination -- unless he was inspired/motivated by all the 50-year anniversary coverage on cable tv back then, I'm guessing.
Doesn't really have a killer hook, IMHO, although the lyric "Murder Most Foul" could lend itself to one with a different arrangement.....of course, when Dylan plays it live it will sound nothing like the record anyway..........(that's a good thing, I'm a fan of his live shows, weird as they can be.....)
My summary, good song, but certainly no "Tangled Up In Blue" or "Subterranean Homesick Blues".........
It is what it is, but it kinda sounds like a demo or work up of another song from Tempest or Modern Times. I’m pretty sure I’ve heard some of those lyrics in another song, but I could be wrong and I can’t quite put my finger on it without further investigation. Regardless, it’s definitely worth a listen.
This from the linked article:
"Dylan last released original material on his album “Tempest,” from 2012."
Dylan and original material ?
to me this isn't a song as much as a musical, historical tome... a darker version of "American Pie"...
i dig it.
I like Bob Dylan but not this song .
