    Default Pickboy clown barf pick

I decided to try a new pick as I had been using the Ultex Dunlop triangle shape picks forever. I ordered a small supply of the Pickboy 1.00mm Triangle Rounded Multi Color Clown Rainbow Guitar Picks. They are a little thinner than the Ultex that I had been using but I think I've found my new favorite pick.

Interesting. Were you using this same one? This is what I use and I'm interested why you like the Pickboy better?

    Smile practicality

Advantage; it's unlikely you will drop your clown, confetti barf pick on a matching surface, making it hard to see..

Paul Hostetter included a confetti barf Dawg pattern pick , he had ,
when he shipped my Re-fret back..

It's hard to describe, and yes, that's what I've been using and would still be satisfied to use. I feel like the attack of the "clown" pick is what I like and the tone produced. I realize it's all subjective. Hard-to-lose is another advantage like mandroid mentioned.

I gotta try these Pickboy picks. I have had lots of pricey picks and love them (Blue Chip, Wegen, casein pick by name I can't remember), but I also constantly experiment with cheap picks. Just bought a dozen Fender Heavy 346s from amazon. None of the stores around here carry them but I have heard lots of people around the Cafe talk about them. What a great pick, and not quite like anything else I have used (though a little like a thin version of my Jazz Mando Pro Plecs).

Got mine the other day. Great picks. Very nice on mandolin and guitar.

I love clown barf pics of all kinds. Something about that color scheme to me. Don’t know why.
