    Among the toughest times is when sitting in a departure lounge, waiting for a delayed flight. The Irish have ways to deal with that..

    I just realized that this is the small end of a spectrum of musical heroism at the big end of which is that band on the rear deck of the R.M.S. Titanic. Goose bumps.
