This depends on a few things:
1. Music notation or tab? Notation is identical right or left handed.
2. If you're looking for tab - is your instrument simply an upside down righty or is it a mirror image of a righty? If its mirror image, with the G being the first string you hit on a downward strum, tab will be just like a righty. They don't make tab that reads right to left to perfectly mimic your fretboard in English language books.
Not a popular stance, but I'd submit that if you don't know where every note is on your fingerboard, you're cheating yourself and long term will make things harder.
If you can immediately find all the notes, then charts, although helpful to internalize shapes and patterns, are not necessary for finding scales.
Like I said, probably not a popular stance.

I'm not sure if the scales are in here or not, they generally are:

There is more out there.

I'm inquiring on behalf of a beginning student and what I was hoping for are diagram type charts with the notes indicated for the basic major-minor scales. Standard notation and/or tab is not what I'm thinking of.

I vote book on music theory. The more I play the more I need to know. When you know what intervals make up the major and minor scales, you can figure things out for yourself, and when you know the notes on the fretboard, you can construct chords in all kinds of useful ways. Do I know all this? Not all but I’m working on it. One of the most useful exercises was playing scales in all keys, yes, even D flat, because the scale pattern is G somewhere on the fretboard. It’s the kind of thing that seeps in over a time if you spend some portion of your practice time thinking about it.
I think it no coincidence that the best musicians I know, know theory.
