    Default Flatiron 1N neck joint?

Does anyone know what type of neck joint the Flatiron 1N pancake's have? Sorry if this has been covered in the past but I couldn't find anything.

    Thanks

Why not just ask Bruce Weber? I’m sure he would share that information. That said, if their like all of his other instrument designs, I would suspect a glued mortise and tenon with bolts. Are there bolt heads visible in the neck block through the sound hole?

Don, thanks. That's a good suggestion. I'll look at the neck block.

I loosened the strings and sure enough, there were 2 bolts attaching the neck. Unlike Taylor guitar necks, the neck is also glued on. I was curious about the type of joint as I wondered how a neck reset would be on one of these. The neck is very secure under full tension so I'm thinking I'll make a duplicate fixed height bridge just a bit less high to see how that works out before going for a reset.
