I hear more low end with the CA bridge.
However, was the stock bridge properly seated before it was discarded?
CA bridges are wonderful but the magic is in the installation, not construction.

I just put a CA bridge on my KM 900. It made a big difference even though the bridge that came on the instrument was perfectly fitted. The compensation on the old bridge was incorrect so I couldn’t get the A string to intonate, and that’s the only reason I put on the new bridge. Didn’t expect a tonal improvement, but yes it did improve.
