    Default Mike Black A4

    I have been a long time admirer of Mike Black’s A4. I love the oval hole sound but my A-0, a previous A Jr all have had “vintage issues” etc. In September, Mike posted on FB that he had a nearly completed A4 that was for sale. As a long time admirer it was time to “fish or cut bait”.

    It arrived 2 days ago. I love it. Truly beautiful, it plays very nicely. I was very surprised at the volume when playing open chords too.

    That looks beautiful !
    I had a Black A2-Z that in a moment of insanity I traded it away on a banjo ,damn stupid move ,seemed like the thing to do at the time ,wish I had it back .
