This Waterloo - WL-M Mandolin is a vintage throwback with some of the modern features we've come to appreciation with the Waterloo Lineup. Featuring Solid spruce top, paired with solid mahogany back and sides, this depression-era flat back build is ladder braced for that dry, articulate vintage punch. A great option for country and old-time playing, especially that '30s tremolo sound, as well as mandolin players that have embraced the blues genre.
This WL-M delivers a truck load of volume, bark and bite, and includes some modern features including a truss-rod and a compound fingerboard radius fingerboard for setup adjustment and modern playability. A great example of the Waterloo line's commitment to reviving some classic designs and sounds. Includes a hardshell TKL case and a free setup from our luthiers.
