    Default Sawchyn Beavertail Mandola

I have one of these on the way and I know that it will come in a gig bag. Have any of you that have one, found a hard case that fits well?

Got any video clips of it? I would love to hear how it sounds! I've been wanting to get one myself!

This is just recorded on my iPhone. I made the video for a buyer as I just sold it. It is a great instrument but I've been playing more tenor banjo and tenor guitar for the past while. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one. I had a hard case for it - a Gold Tone open back tenor case with a small piece of foam to fill in the slack.

Hey Greg! Yeah it’s me you sold it to! It’s getting a lot of play time! Cheers!

Hey @Greg Ashton - In what tuning did you do that video?

The mandola was in CGDA. If I was to play that tune at a session, I would put a capo at the second fret to get the proper key ( D Mixolydian?).
