Thread: Radius bridge issue?

  1. #1

    Question Radius bridge issue?

I have a Breedlove with a radiused fretboard. I've always had a hard time strumming and suddenly realized that my E strings are considerably lower than all others. I think this is the source of several issues. Wondering is a new radiused bridge is what I should look for or if a straight bridge will work. Don't know how the E strings got so low. Any recommendations?

I would simply arch the saddle you have to the radius of the fingerboard. Don't take any off the E string side. Take it off the top, shouldn't hurt anything, unless your saddle is already very low.
