    A friend of mine has a Washburn bowl back mandolin numberinside230294. Anyone know age and approximate value? I should see it Sat. as we will be picking and he is to bring it -- will try to get picture then thanks Ricky

    Around 1907. Value depends on the model and condition. A very general rule is that the more back ribs it has, the more value it has.
