Just want to give Charles the props he's due.

Purchased this from him. Just a great, easy experience.

He was honest, patient, and great to work with.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again.

    THANKS, CHARLES!

    Len B. -

Took me a while to pull the trigger. Dumped 2 guitars to pull it off, and well worth it. It's good.

The Flatiron he has is tempting as well. Take a look if you haven't.

I bought a case from him; it was as though I was purchasing from a friend! He’s a good guy!

Agree with all the above. I got a 1916 Gibson A 4 from him a couple of years ago. Very nice man, a lot of integrity and great to deal with.

+1. Got a lovely 000-18 from him a while back. Such a pleasure to deal with, not that I needed another guitar😊

Charles is top notch! I've been trading and buying from him for well over 15 years. He's always very fair.

Congratulations! I saw that one and wished I had (5000$?) The money to buy it.

I used to live across town from him - did several deals, buying and selling. I still have a 1932 Martin T-17 tiple I bought from him. Even though I'm 3000 miles away now, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again. His descriptions are accurate and his prices are in line.

I bought my Rigel A+ from Mr. Johnson (more than 15 years ago), never having played it, never having bought a quality instrument over the internet. Mr. Johnson was kind to a newbie and a square dealer. I've been nothing but pleased and thankful all these years.

Don't get too red Charles! Living it up in the sun driving that glorified VW-LoL!

Charles is the fairest vintage instrument dealer I've ever dealt with period...
